Coordinate workflows & trade-related operations New Client Case Preparation Coordinate and track case submission with New Business Processors Client Review Preparation Prepare Client Notes after meeting, send to client, and follow-up Create administrative action plan post client meeting Get to know our clients on a deep professional level Gather, review, and update essential client information Direct and oversee Meeting Scheduler We have expectation of a 40 hour work week, with occasional overtime Skills Required:
Series 7 and 65 Licenses in good standing 5-plus years of experience Attention to critical details Client-focused Communicate with clients in a service-oriented manner Familiarity & experience with Zoom Opportunity to Grow:
This is an essential position within the firm.

While not a sales position, we offer incentive compensation based upon completion of assigned tasks AND attainment of firm goals.

Process trades and service requests Provide input on better solutions and processes Manage and design processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency Monitor transactions in-process and follow-through to completion Produce quality business submissions Coordinate and follow up on business submission Understand and comply with industry standards Create and monitor best practices for the Firm Compensation and
Benefits:
$45 per hour with incentive compensation beginning after sixth months $100,000 of life insurance and long-term and short-term disability as part of our basic package.
$7,500 allowance for health insurance 3 weeks of paid vacation and personal time off 7% match on the 401K after 3 months Job Type:
