Scheduling new and follow up appointments for doctors and therapy department.
Insurance verification, obtaining referrals, and taking accurate and complete messages for staff and physicians.
Collecting and posting patient co-payments.
Heavy phone call volume and flow of patients at front desk.
Spanish is required.
2-3 years experience is required.
